Medical team

Experienced physicians support the DGFG tissue donation coordinators in their work. They conduct discussions with relatives, manage donation processes and approve the final donor clearance. In addition, they are contact persons for donor hospitals and therefore often directly on location. Together with the regional administrative directors, the medical team works on the training of coordinators, the development of locations and the implementation of the quality management guidelines.
